I've been making layouts for people for a while now...and I thought...Why not put up my own site?
Well I decided that I should put up some like rules....they're not actual rules exept #3.......^_^

3.Please Please Please...No Jocking....I worked hard on these and they took a while to make....if you want to know how to make a layout just ask...I would be happy to help you out!......~_^....or if you don't want to ask there are plenty of tutorials out there to help you....^_^
That's about it....unless...things go crazy and I have to put up more actual rules....but yea...well ENJOY! ^_^
